Years ago, I found myself juggling four young kids, a busy life, and a hormone rollercoaster I didn’t sign up for. I was struggling with fatigue, anxiety, and unexpected thyroid challenges—and the only answers I got were prescriptions and “this is just part of aging.”

But I refused to accept that.

I dove deep into the science of functional medicine, got certified as a health coach, and turned my health around naturally. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s reset their hormones, reclaim their energy, and finally feel like themselves again.
